Website FAQ
Here are some common questions clients ask us:
How long will it take to produce my website?
This will depend on the people or team that we’re in contact with. If they delay the supply of any integral information or data that we need, this will create delays but generally, we try to complete websites in a four week timescale if not sooner.
What does guideline price mean?
This is our basic price for a particular website package. After discussing exactly what you want from your website, should you require any add-ons or extra services then this cost will be added to the guideline price.
Do I have to pay any money up front?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit before we commence work on your website – this is to protect us in the unlikely event of your defaulting on payment of the balance due and to cover domain/hosting costs incurred.
After my website is finished, who owns the copyright?
You own the copyright on all content and images, Force3webs does not.
How often can I change my final website proof?
The short answer is ‘until you are happy with it’, but in practice, we permit one final edit before added costs are incurred.
